Transforming Dialysis Care for a Brighter Future

Reshaping Dialysis Care with Virtual Reality Technology

About Our Initiative

Our team is dedicated to improving dialysis care by expanding access to ultrasound-guided needle placement through a virtual reality program training program teaching ultrasound usage for cannulation. With research, advocacy, and education, we aim to reduce complications and promote safer, more precise treatment for patients around the world.

  • This is a clip of the most recent iteration of our virtual reality program. This clip shows how, based on the user’s movements of the ultrasound probe, the imaging on the screen varies. This mimics real-world ultrasound usage.
